In October and November, Lotte World Adventure opens daily at 10 a.m. and closes at 9 p.m. from Sunday to Thursday and 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. With a friend coming to Seoul next month, Lulu follows the underground passage from Jamsil Station one weekday afternoon to work out their day under the glass roof and out on the island.
Olympic Park: Through the Gate and Up onto the Earthen Wall
Part four of “Gangnam · Songpa.” At the heart of Olympic Park stands an earthen wall from the early Baekje period: Mongchontoseong Fortress. The National Heritage Service gives its circumference as about 2.7 km, while the park’s website gives the length of the wall as 2,285 m. On her first visit Rina saw the big gate and the lawn and went home. This time she walks through the gate and up onto the wall.

Part three of “Gangnam · Songpa.” Seoul Sky’s website calls this a 500-metre observatory. The Korea Tourism Organization’s English guide gives Lotte World Tower as 123 floors and 555 metres.
